How a structured evaluation works.
The objective is to establish what APS can demonstrate inside a declared perimeter and which limitations remain visible.
Define the question and perimeter
Identify the system, available data, observation period, intended use and the questions the evaluation must answer.
Define evidence and evaluation criteria
Where technically applicable, APS outputs are examined against predefined evidence, timelines, system conditions and observable outcomes.
Review results and limitations
Results are interpreted only within the declared evaluation perimeter, with limitations kept explicit and without extending conclusions beyond the observed evidence.

Please include organization, role, field of study or sector, research or technical question, relevant system, dataset or perimeter, available evidence and objective of the evaluation.
